Who am I buying from?
We are a family owned, North Somerset based business with over 20 years industry experience in the supply and installation of data & voice networks. Datalink Cabling has been trading online for over 8 years and in the process has generated thousands of orders. Our aim is to supply you what you want, when you what it and at a competitive price.
Do you install network cabling?
In short yes we do, however generally speaking we only cover the South West of England. For further details visit our about us page.
Can we have a credit account?
We offer credit accounts to any UK based trading companies following the completion of our credit application form and full payment of your first Two orders.
What if we are an Government department, Hospital or School?
If you are a School, College, Hospital or any Government department we offer our standard 30 day credit account on receipt of a faxed, emailed or posted official order.
Is the online store secure?
Yes. The shopping site is on a secure server with Thawte authentication giving our customers peace of mind that their credit card details will be handled securely via SagePay and Lloyds TSB Cardnet. Simple click the Thwate logo for full details of our SSL details.
When will I receive my goods?
In most cases, providing stock is available, orders are despatch same day. Our standard delivery time is 1 - 3 working days using traceable UK courier companies. Can we collect our goods?
In most cases orders are only dealt with on a mail order basis, however for large or urgent orders, collection can be pre-arranged subject to stock availability & pre-payment. Call our sales department on 01275 542 528 for further details.
Can you send my goods to a different address to my card?
Yes we can, simply complete the delivery address details on the payment page . Please note that in order to keep paperwork to a minimum the receipted invoice is occasionaly used as the delivery note. If this method is not suitable please contact our customer service desk on 01275 542 528 to discuss your requirements.
What about my Privacy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you for Two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your knowledge. We do not send unsolicited emails to you, nor will we pass on your details to anyone else.
